This is a hand carved cooking spoon made of Alder from Bradfield Woods in Suffolk.

It is 305mm (12 inches) long, and the bowl is 37mm (1 3/8 inches) wide.

It is finished with bayberry-coloured milk paint and a coating of cold pressed hemp oil.

To look after your spoon, just wash it in warm, soapy water after use (NOT in a dishwasher), and dry it.
