A beautiful cooking spoon showing displaying amazing grain and medullary rays.

It is made from a Beech tree that was felled, for safety reasons, in Bedfords park in north London.

It is 290mm (11 3/8 inches) long with a bowl width of 42mm ( 1 3/16 inches), and finished with a coat of hemp oil.

To look after your spoon, just wash in warm soapy water after use (NOT in a dishwasher), and dry.
