This is a butter spreader made from locally sourced Alder. It is 235mm long x 50mm wide. The handle is painted with milk-paint in the colour sea green, and has been finished with a bees wax coating.

To look after your butter spreader, just wash in warm soapy water after use (NOT in a dishwasher), and dry.
